Well this site is a year and half old and it looks like it will stay a personal blog type site. I get automated bots trying to sign up for accounts and i can't waste time managing it, so i have completely blocked new user registration. I will continue to update it occasionally/rarely if i come up with any new topics. Interesting time for alt energy, and i am still very interested in it, although its painful to see how people respond to energy supply/demand rather than plan for it. Alternative Energy technology is an economical goldmine for industries who get in on it... theres money to be made supplying energy... managing efficient use of electricity... storing energy... a whole variety of areas which can readily employ people.... it's not just a 'vice' expenditure to mitigate. But knowing economic forces and public relations, i think we should pragmatically just hope for the reactionist masses to make Alternative Energy the next economic 'bubble'... much like a buckyballs i think Alternative Energy is more deserving of bubble exhuberance (and can better and more realistically justify and support it) than say... Yahoo stock.

Site Launch

I am creating and aggregating content for the site as i prepare to launch the site. Anyone who finds themselves here can freely go ahead and join and post. I expect to complete initial seeding of content this weekend (Feb 17). As for my overview galleries, i have come across a lot of links/content in the past and it will be tough picking single products to represent different classes of items, especially with electric cycles... so don't feel slighted if I do not post your favorite cycle in the galleries... feel free to post about it yourself in the forums.

I have no idea if or how many people will find this site useful, but i am pleased with the Community Server software which this site runs on and think it could this purpose well.

Thanks, hope others can learn something from this site and i too have a lot left to learn.
